What You’ll Do

✅ Support Consumer Care: Assist in handling consumer inquiries and complaints under guidance from experienced specialists.
✅ Learn Active Listening: Engage with consumers to understand their concerns and provide empathetic responses.
✅ Data Management: Help document interactions and resolutions accurately in line with stewardship guidelines.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to improve processes and consumer experience.
✅ Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to develop communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (>2nd year) or Master’s student in progress
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
• Passion for great communication with consumers and a genuine desire to help.
• Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation.
