Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our European Business Support Center (EBSC) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Learning & Development Expert will be a key member of the Operations Learning and Development Team, responsible for developing and delivering effective learning programs that drive performance and growth across our European operations. You will play a central role in shaping a learner-focused environment and advancing organizational capabilities.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead the development and implementation of various L&D programs
  • Evaluate existing programs and recommend enhancements
  • Design and deliver on-site and virtual courses, workshops, and other internal learning initiatives
  • Manage learning projects, including planning timelines, allocating resources, staffing, budgeting, and measuring outcomes
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
  • Analyze organizational development needs and provide actionable recommendations
  • Drive the creation of a learner-centric culture
  • Develop flexible learning solutions using digital and other methods to address diverse employee needs

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development
  • University degree
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with various learning methods, including interactive digital tools
  • Experience with LMS platforms
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Solid business understanding
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Knowledge of Workday Learning and Degreed platforms
