Merge medical imaging solutions, offered by Merative, combine intelligent, scalable imaging workflow tools with deep and broad expertise to help healthcare organizations improve their confidence in patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.

The Learning Content Developer creates high-quality, role-based training for our Imaging Informatics Solutions. This role plays a critical role in ensuring customers gain the knowledge and confidence needed for successful solution adoption and implementation.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, update and maintain engaging training content tailored to specific customer roles. 

  • Create courses that support effective learning and smooth implementation of imaging informatics solutions. 

  • Participate in product introduction processes to identify impact to customer roles and creates/updates courses and/or content to ensure readiness to deliver training upon product release. 

  • Assess training needs and translate them into structured learning programs and/or content. 

  • Ensure all training materials meet the highest standards of compliance, clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness. 

  • Submit and maintain courses and content for Continuing Education (CE) credit approval. 

  • Apply best practices in adult learning and instructional design to maximize knowledge retention. 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • 8+ years of experience in training delivery, design and content development, preferably in healthcare or imaging informatics. 

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without close supervision.  

  • Proven expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. 

  • Experience with eLearning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia content creation. 

  • Familiarity with ARRT CE credit submission processes is a plus. 

  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of imaging informatics workflows and healthcare IT systems. 

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content. 

  • Creative approach to designing interactive and engaging learning experiences. 

  • Adult Learning Certificate (ATD/ASTD) or involvement in the Association for Talent Development, preferred 

Compensation


The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$96,017.60 - $144,026.40 (USD)
