The Opportunity:

We are building and scaling the Learning Solutions division to drive enterprise capability and skills enablement to power CACI's growth strategy.

This role plays an essential part in elevating CACI’s social learning strategy and strengthening our continuous learning culture. As the Learning Communities Lead, you will activate and enhance how employees learn from each other—through Communities of Practice (CoPs), Learning Academies, and the Fellows Program—especially in CACI’s most strategic capability areas.

You will shape how social learning operates at CACI by guiding CoP leaders, supporting capability activation, and ensuring that community-generated learning aligns with enterprise capability priorities. In partnership with the CTO organization, Talent Development, Governance, and HRIS, you will help mature our community engagement practices, improve platforms and tools, and uplift how social learning contributes to CACI’s growth strategy.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role that blends community operations, learning culture enablement, and capability activation—bringing energy, structure, and consistency to how CACI shares knowledge and develops talent through peer-driven learning

Responsibilities:

  • Elevate and activate CACI’s social learning strategy by shaping engagement models, content pathways, and community practices that support continuous learning across strategic capability areas.
  • Promote and strengthen CACI’s continuous learning culture by equipping community leaders and Fellows with effective engagement practices, storytelling, and peer-learning methods.
  • Serve as a visible advocate for social learning, sharing success stories and highlighting community impact to reinforce learning behaviors across the enterprise.
  • Lead the operational cadence of CoPs and Learning Academies, including communications, event scheduling, platform administration, and content flows.
  • Partner with the Learning Architecture & Governance Manager to align CoP and Academy structures, templates, and tools with enterprise standards and modernization initiatives (Talent Intelligence + LMS).
  • Partner closely with the CTO organization to support and elevate technical capability communities, ensuring leaders are equipped to drive engagement and capability growth.
  • Liaise with the Fellows Program and Learning Community of Engagement, ensuring alignment with capability priorities and opportunities for cross-community collaboration.
  • Coordinate with SMEs, Fellows, and business stakeholders to curate content, seed discussions, and support capability-specific learning journeys.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and training offerings, ensuring alignment with capability needs and community priorities.
  • Collaborate with TAG Ops to ensure community communications, job aids, and workflows support an intuitive and engaging learner experience.
  • Track and analyze CoP and Academy metrics (engagement, participation, content usage, certification progress, skills trends) and share insights to influence capability and learning roadmaps.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance community operations (in partnership with HRIS and TAG Ops).
  • Gather feedback from community leaders and members to continuously improve community

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in L&D, workforce enablement, program management, or operations; works independently with limited supervision.
  • Proven ability to manage projects/processes across stakeholders; strong reporting and vendor coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence policies/practices across functional areas.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting CoPs or enterprise learning academies; familiarity with certification programs and workforce capability frameworks.
  • Experience working within governance models and matrixed enterprises.
  • PMP or L&D certification
