PRIMARY PURPOSE This position is responsible for supporting the regional deployment of Leadership, Sales, Service, and Installation programs in alignment with the annual plan. The role will lead internal communication initiatives to foster a strong learning culture, provide logistical support for training delivery, and maintain accurate reporting through dashboards and scorecards.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Training Support
‒ Coordinate logistics and manage events for on-site training sessions.
‒ Provide live technical support for virtual learning solutions.
‒ Assist in designing e-learning and multimedia learning solutions.
Learning Scorecard & Reporting
‒ Update training records, collect feedback, and prepare reports.
‒ Create and maintain learning dashboards for Sales, Service, and Project Delivery programs.
‒ Support internal procurement processes related to learning activities.
Marketing & Communication
‒ Maintain and update SharePoint learning resources.
‒ Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters.
‒ Manage communication for learning events and initiatives.
EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Qualifications: ‒ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
‒ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
‒ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions.
Education: Master's degree in HVAC Engineering or Building Automation Systems.
