Capture source video/audio content with portable studio kits and apply generative AI tools to accelerate production and reduce external vendor dependency.
Produce and manage high-quality live learning experiences—virtual or in-person—including logistics, enrollment, facilitator coordination, and participant engagement.
Lead onboarding experiences for global new hires, including in-person delivery at various international sites (with some travel required).
Oversee executive coaching program administration, working with HRBPs and vendors to manage lifecycle activities such as matching, contracting, and tracking.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Manage end-to-end corporate required training portfolio by partnering with SMEs and Learning Operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy of assignments, and monitoring dashboards.
Coordinate vendor relationships and manage associated learning budgets.
Deliver 360° development experiences at multiple levels (executive, mid-manager, individual contributor) in collaboration with external partners, anchored in Moderna's culture.
Partner with local Warsaw HRBP and Site Head to adapt and deploy global learning initiatives to Polish audiences, ensuring contextual relevance and effective localization.
The key Moderna Mindsets you’ll need to succeed in the role:

You will foster a culture of rapid, connected learning that fuels business growth and employee development. Your deep focus on outcomes-driven learning will help Moderna stay ahead in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

Hands-on expertise with learning technologies (LMS, MS Teams, virtual-classroom platforms, generative-AI content engines).
