Human Resource - Executive

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition & People Operations Executive who will support end-to-end recruitment and assist in HR operations.

What You'll Do 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Prepare and release offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRIS updates.
• Support HR processes such as attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance processes.
• Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
• Support in training and development.
• Dealing with vendors like PF Agents, Housekeeping, Stationers, Pest Control & Travel Agents etc.
• Check vendors bills, phone bills, maintenance bills etc. & same proceed for payment.
• Arrange & Maintain stationery, Housekeeping, general office upkeep.
  Handling all Office Housekeeping, Office Security, Office Repair & Maintenance, Office Maintenance & Pantry.
• Handling office assistants across all offices
• Taking care of all AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) like Air-conditioning & Housekeeping, etc
• Arrangement of all Office functions, parties & offsite
• Any other tasks as required by the HR department

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
• Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and few HRMS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
