Job overview
This role supports Mobility and Broadband Reverse Logistics. You’ll be at the forefront of managing critical vendor relationships and performance for AT&T. Using your strategic mindset, you’ll develop and implement quality systems, guide contract negotiations, and ensure our vendors deliver on time and on target. Your expertise will help us exceed organizational goals, foster strong cross-functional partnerships, and continuously improve how we work with our suppliers. What you’ll do
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems to monitor and improve vendor performance, ensuring alignment with contractual terms.
- Analyze and publish monthly vendor performance reports and executive dashboards, using your subject matter expertise to drive key business decisions.
- Lead monthly performance review meetings with suppliers, address gaps, establish corrective action plans, and track progress to successful resolution.
- Collaborate with sourcing leads and cross-functional teams to align performance measures with supplier contracts and business goals.
- Identify and escalate critical performance issues, providing strategic solutions to complex problems and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Influence organizational direction by mentoring team members, leading significant projects, and working closely with senior leadership.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) for vendor performance.
- Advanced ability to analyze data, generate performance reports, and present actionable insights to executive audiences.
- Skilled in contract negotiation and managing corrective action plans with suppliers.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, procurement, and leadership.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex performance challenges, using strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise.
- Experience leading significant projects and driving organizational improvements.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
- 5+ years of related vendor management, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- Certification required in some areas (please specify relevant certifications if applicable).
- Recognized expertise in vendor management, with a track record of influencing executive decisions and mentoring peers.

Our Lead Vendor Management Services earns between $105,600 - $158,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
