Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead highly complex, cross‑functional initiatives with broad organizational impact, serving as a key contributor to large‑scale strategic planning for the Treasury Management Consulting function.
  • Analyze and resolve complex, multi‑dimensional business, operational, and technical challenges, including long‑term or unprecedented issues that require in‑depth evaluation of quantitative and qualitative factors.
  • Make sound, independent decisions in ambiguous and multifaceted situations by applying deep knowledge of Treasury Management Consulting practices, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while guiding teams to meet deliverables and launch new initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Treasury Management Consulting peers, cross‑functional colleagues, and senior leaders to address issues, align priorities, and achieve shared objectives.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise working with middle-market companies, particularly those with annual revenues ranging from $100M to $500M

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

  • Strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of profitability metrics to support mutually beneficial outcomes

  • Proven ability to leverage the working capital value proposition to drive strategic sales growth

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule 
  • This position will require 25% of travel
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
