Empower, Connect, Evolve, and Inspire - these are the values that drive us and make BMI a company where you can thrive and grow.
Join BMI Group and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our competence center, shaping the future with a diverse team in Vilnius!
Join BMI Group as a Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Team Lead, where you will be the driving force behind our financial operational excellence. This isn't just a supervisory role; you are the architect of the end-to-end L2C process. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals to ensure seamless revenue flow—from credit risk assessment to final cash application—while acting as a strategic partner to Sales and Operations. If you thrive on optimizing working capital and building high-performing teams in a Global Business Services environment, this is your next step.
What you will be responsible for:
Operational Leadership: Take full ownership of the end-to-end L2C cycle (Credit, Collections, Cash Application, and Reconciliation). You will act as the strategic Subject Matter Expert, ensuring all activities align with company policy and control requirements.
People Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of junior to senior L2C accountants. You will manage workload distribution, conduct performance reviews, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor aged receivables and drive aggressive strategies to reduce DSO. You will lead high-value collections and collaborate with Legal and Sales to mitigate credit risks on high-stakes accounts.
Process Innovation: Identify operational gaps and lead cross-functional projects to automate and standardize processes. You will maintain "audit-ready" documentation and ensure internal controls are bulletproof.
Stakeholder & Data Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues. You will turn raw data into actionable insights, presenting KPI and SLA performance trends to senior leadership using tools like SAP S/4HANA and Celonis.
About you:
Domain Expertise: 5+ years of progressive experience in I2C/L2C (Credit, Collections, Cash App, and Reconciliation).
Leadership Track Record: 2+ years in a supervisory role within a shared service or multinational environment, with a proven ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of working capital metrics (DSO, cash forecasting, aging analysis, and bad debt provisioning) and internal control frameworks.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query). Exposure to data analytics tools like Power BI or Celonis is a strong plus.
Process Mindset: Experience in process standardization, automation, or system migrations.
Communication: Fluent in business English with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage regional stakeholders.
Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA, or PMP) are highly advantageous.
What we offer:
Opportunity to contribute to an Evolving Business Services Centre: You'll have the chance to influence and contribute to the ongoing development of our established Business Services Centre.
Vibrant & Diverse Environment: Work in an international and talented team with plenty of opportunities to gain diverse experiences.
Professional Development & Qualifications: As an ever-changing organization, we offer various avenues for professional development and skill enhancement. You'll expand your expertise and grow within your role, and we provide comprehensive ACCA support to help you advance your professional qualifications.
Flexible Hybrid Model: Enjoy a balanced work week with our hybrid model, which includes one day of remote work each week. As well as flexible work hours.
Health & Well-being:
Private health and accident insurance
Access to free sports facilities in the office building
Convenient Perks:
Lunch discounts at iLunch restaurant
New and modern office with free parking space
The gross monthly salary for this role is between 3400 and 4100 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
