Lead Systems Programmer

As the Lead Systems Programmer,  you will play a key role in shaping and evolving the core systems that drive our games technical foundation. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing individual technical contribution with coaching and developing a team of engineers.

You will lead a team of programmers who are responsible for evolving our engine and its core systems such as spawning, memory management, job scheduling, threading frameworks, streaming, TRCs, while profiling, debugging, and optimizing across PC and current-generation consoles. Your work will influence both the project and shared engine technology across the studio in both the short and longer term vision of the project. You will exercise autonomy within the technical direction of the project.

What you'll do:

Technical Leadership
- Own and evolve core runtime systems, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
- Make day-to-day systems-level decisions in collaboration with the Technical Director and Technical Art Director.
- Drive technical standards, code quality, and best practices across the team.
- Profile, debug, and optimize the game on PC and consoles.
- Contribute improvements to shared systems to benefit the wider studio.
