PRIMARY FUNCTION
Review, analyze & audit Target’s promotion, sales, defectives & promotional/non-promotional contracts to identify & recover revenue leakages by partnering with vendor partners.
L3 - PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit Target's Promotion, Sales, Defectives and promotional/non-promotional Contracts to identify potential revenue leakages
- Collaborate with vendors & buyers to recover potential revenue leakages for Target
- Use critical thinking and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to enhance vendor income audit findings
- Identify root cause of audit findings & collaborate with internal stakeholders to make process changes that reduces/eliminates revenue leakage
- Partner across other teams to learn new methods to interpret data as well as develop new ways of analyzing large volumes of data
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes & questions raised by vendors on audit findings
- Highlight findings & share feedbacks on audit process in a timely manner
- Support technology changes/transformations through continuous inputs & also play key role in testing & implementation
- Support key projects/initiatives that can help streamline the existing process or enhance the audit scope
- Works in a cross-functional team; collaborates with startup to ensure all deliverables are met on time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree (Business, Accounting preference)
- 2-4 yrs of recovery audit experience.
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel proficiency a must)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving/decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with high level of initiative
- Expertize in collaborating with vendor partners
- Recovery Audit / B2B Collection Experience
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience/certifications in data analytics
