PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the addition and removal of assets during new store setups, remodels, and capital replacement projects.
- Assist in documenting and updating asset information in line with standard operating procedures.
- Support review of engineering drawings and specifications to support accurate asset entries.
- Support ad hoc requests related to asset management as assigned by the Manager.
- Support correct interpretation and application of asset naming, location data, and categorization.
- Follow guidance from the Manager in executing assigned requests and tasks.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in all submitted documentation and asset entries.
- Support the implementation of standard procedures in asset tracking and validation activities.
- Work closely with team members in India and HQ to support asset updates and validations.
- Communicate clearly and promptly on task status or blockers.
- Adapt to project-specific tools and platforms as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Engineering drawings and documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to platforms/tools required by the business
- Willingness to support high-volume executional work with accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work with Manager’s direction
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in reading Engineering plans and MEP drawings
- Working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD/ Revit/ Microstation
- Strong attention to detail in asset tracking and validation
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Commitment to delivering accurate and complete work on time
