The Role: Lead .Net Full-stack Developer

The Team:

We’re looking for a Full Stack developer to join our Product Development team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building frameworks, tools, and platforms that empower internal scrum teams to rapidly develop, deploy, and operate front end and API.

Combining scalable .NET backend expertise, modern API/microservices and event-driven design, strong Angular UI delivery, solid database experience, and cloud-native deployment skills—backed by Agile team leadership—enables faster end-to-end delivery, higher software quality, smoother releases, and scalable platforms that meet evolving business needs while improving team productivity and long-term maintainability.


Responsibilities:

  • Strong hands-on experience in developing scalable web/window applications using .NET Core/.NET, C#, and Entity Framework with solid understanding of OOPS and SOLID principles. 
  • Expert in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and Microservices with solid understanding of Event-driven architecture 
  • Hands-on experience in Angular for building responsive and component driven UIs with strong command in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.  
  • Proven experience in working with SQL Server & Oracle DB
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization, orchestration, and serverless computing. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers in an Agile/Scrum environment, perform code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for successful end-to-end delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 6-10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer/Lead, with deep expertise in .NET technologies and modern software development practices. 

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of automated ETL processes.
  • Interest or experience in Generative AI technologies and their application.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
