WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Based in Milan office, as the Lead Sales Rep Running, you will lead and coordinate the business for Italy and Greece Marketplace. You will work cross-functionally with our Running team in EMEA , DSM and MSC, Retail Brand Teams. You will be reporting to Senior Sales Manager Sport Spec, Sporting Good Italy and Greece.

We are looking for an energetic person, passioned about Running and Sport with an entrepreneurial spirit that can conduct challenging conversations and willingness to drive changes and both locally and at European Level.
The candidate will execute the commercial strategy for Running across the marketplace, supporting seasonal and annual growth achievement by aligning channel strategies, partner engagement to achieve our financial targets.
This role, supporting and enabling the commercial voice by channel within the Geo Sport Sales team, will ensure marketplace readiness, retail execution, and strategic differentiation through cross-functional collaboration.
Essential qualifications
- You bring a solid multi-year commercial experience and proven efficiency in partner management, with a strong awareness of selling dynamics and good negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing external account relationships with the buying and merchandising teams.
- Strong strategic capabilities, creating strategies and translating into tangible actions and plans
- Strong and authentic background in Running and Sports
- Excellent communication skills – ease in presenting to large groups, written and PowerPoint
- Business planning: Analytical/Digital KPI’s mindset
- Fluent in English and Italian.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Lead decisions on channel plans by sport and partners to prioritize each season, including must-win accounts and retail destinations.
- Deliver a clear, actionable commercial strategy by channel/partner, aligned with product segmentation, financial targets, and marketplace goals.
- Lead seasonal channel GTM planning and execution, including channel presentations, strategic partner commitments, and marketplace readiness.
- Communicate seasonal sales strategies, channel directions, and segmentation plans through key CODE moments.
- Provide support and commitments for key partners, including T2Ts and Partner Summits.
- Ensure channel sell-through, inventory health, and franchise management meet expectations, while driving marketplace differentiation through new distribution opportunities and partner expansion.
- Helps in the identification and development of new distribution opportunities by channel and expand existing partner relationships.
