As a Lead Sales Executive specializing in IT cyber security solutions, you will deliver proven expertise in driving revenue growth by connecting organizations with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies within Ivanti software. With a deep understanding of emerging threats and regulatory requirements, you will excel at building trust, identifying client needs, and architecting tailored solutions that safeguard critical assets. You will need to combine consultative selling, strategic thinking, and a robust industry network to consistently exceed sales targets, while elevating clients’ security posture and supporting their digital transformation.

Ivanti role of Lead Sales Executive will help to drive new business and up-sell revenue within the Midwestern Region. This role will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, build & execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals, and lead customer expansion for our award-winning technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead sales campaigns, plans and strategies in your assigned territory leveraging all available resources (executive sponsors, marketing, sales engineers, product marketing, etc.)
- Drive revenue growth by collaborating with account managers on existing enterprise accounts selling all Ivanti Security products into both the customer base and net new prospects
- Provide customers and partners with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required
- Partner closely with technical resources to ensure technical excellence in all positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, and exchanges
- Team with authorized channel partners on sales opportunities leveraging their capabilities where appropriate and identify additional key Channel partners Support lead cross-sell motion in existing enterprise accounts
- Reviewing and documenting success criteria POCs, RFPs, and eventual SOWs
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Engineers on proposal and quoting, strategy sessions, health checks, roadmap sessions, etc.
- Develop Greenfield prospect plan working with marketing & BDR on strategy for new logo pursuit
- Develop and maintain executive relationships
- Prioritization of time based on opportunity and propensity to convert to revenue
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven direct touch enterprise security sales experience
- Experience selling complex hardware and software-based solutions such as network security (Intrusion Detection, Firewall, VPN, and related technologies) and/or end point security (UEM, EDR, EPP, etc)
- Proven/quantifiable track record of over-achievement
- Large, complex deal management
- Able to create and execute an account plan which factors in a total systems-based security approach
- Adept at communicating with a largely technical audience
- Experience in applying solution-selling methodologies to maximize corporate revenue growth
- Track record of closing both tactical and strategic opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive ability to succeed in a dynamic environment
- Goal orientated and takes ownership
- 7+ years’ experience selling security enterprise software.
- Account management and new business sales focus.
- Demonstrate track record of achieving sales targets.
- Defined sales process & methodology to drive repeatable & predictable results.
- Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
