The Distribution Digital Enablement team is responsible for driving the development, implementation and modernisation of digital strategies that transform our distribution model, incorporating new digital platforms and capabilities to enhance sales engagement and point of sales processes through partnering with key stakeholders.
As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that digital platforms and solutions developed meet defined requirements, quality standards and user expectations. You will oversee test planning, execution, defect management and stakeholder coordination between business and technology functions across distribution projects.
1. Quality Assurance Leadership
- Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of UAT and QA strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Define UAT entry/exit criteria, test plans, and acceptance criteria with business users and IT teams.
- Ensure readiness of test environments, data, and resources for test execution.
- Monitor key QA metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage, pass rate), drive governance, and ensure Compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee defect tracking, triage, and resolution with development and business teams.
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and user acceptance tests.
- Provide leadership across digital projects managed by Digital Enablement team, bridging business requirements and user acceptance, and ensuring operational readiness for each release.
- Coordinate & facilitate UAT sign-offs and communicate UAT progress, risks, and issues as required.
2. Business Analysis Integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and refine business requirements.
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into user stories and actionable test scenarios for UAT.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, test cases, and traceability matrices.
Who we are looking for:
- A degree in any discipline, preferably related to Digital, Information System & Technology or related field.
- Certifications in digital transformation methodologies, agile project management, or related fields.
- Min. 5-8 years in overseeing / executing user acceptance testing, and familiar with Agile, SDLC and automation testing.
- Familiar with transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sectors.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Deep understanding of project governance, execution and project risk management standards.
- Solutions driven and passionate about digital transformation.
- Innovative and collaborative mindset.
- Experience in using project management systems like JIRA, Confluence or design tools such as Figma is a plus
