Acting as the key interface between factories and customers, ensuring motor specifications are consistently achieved.
Managing and resolving customer feedback, issuing Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and Corrective Action Requests (CAR) to contract manufacturers as needed.
Leading Voice of Customer (VoC) 8D investigations, verification, and closure for customer issues.
Conducting on-site verification at contract manufacturer (CM) locations where feasible.
Overseeing the RMA process from CMs to guarantee effective resolution.
Taking ownership of issues related to raw materials, proactively working with material suppliers to investigate and resolve supplier-related quality concerns.
Driving continual improvement initiatives to reduce Parts Per Million (PPM) defect rates.
Submitting Quality Summary Information (QSI) and Certificates of Conformity (CoC) for CMs.
Maintaining and safeguarding the integrity of QA records and locations within SAP (DDM Motors).
Creating and updating Operating Procedures (OPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for the section.
