Job Description Summary

The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) leads key Program Office initiatives and owns the end‑to‑end Point‑of‑Care Ultrasound Install Base Program, in close partnership with the Program Manager.
The role drives day‑to‑day execution and ensures effective planning, governance, and delivery of complex POCUS programs. Working with cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, service, and clinical functions, the LPI ensures systems meet business goals, clinical performance, compliance, and readiness for deployment at the point of care.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Program Manager and leadership in delivering scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business commitments across the program
  • Own program milestones, driving closure of deliverables and actions
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service
  • Lead design transfer to enable smooth transition from development to manufacturing and launch
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuity
  • Establish clear governance, planning, and communication rhythms to drive alignment and accountability
  • Collaborate with Program Manager and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and business objectives are met throughout the program lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, program, or project leadership roles within manufacturing, development, or research environments, including leadership of global and/or virtual teams
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong cross‑functional relationships, supported by excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands‑on experience managing programs across the full product lifecycle, coordination of complex cross‑functional dependencies
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and compliance, including adherence to organizational quality systems, policies, goals, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Completion of required Quality and Compliance training within established timelines (as applicable) Ability to proactively identify, communicate, and escalate quality or compliance risks, and to drive timely and effective corrective actions

  • Proven track record of proactively identifying product and program risks, driving cross‑functional alignment, and leading mitigation actions to closure
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality results on time
  • Capability to develop innovative solutions for complex, integrated products and systems
  • Project or program leadership experience within manufacturing, development, or research environments, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and organizational boundaries
  • Experience contributing to or leading global, multi‑site development programs
