You are responsible for offering the optimal conversational search experience across WK Benelux’ core research platforms for legal and tax professionals (InView and Legal Intelligence) and the newly acquired AI Assistant application, Libra.
About the role
Conversational search capabilities currently live on InView (NL) and Legal Intelligence as an upsell module called AI Discovery, and in the nearby future will also be made available on the InView products for Belgium and Libra.
You will be part of the AI Assistants team represented by all required business and technology roles, and collaborate with the product managers of InView, Legal Intelligence and Libra Benelux for collecting customer and market feedback. Based on the feedback received you will work with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements using RICE
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
Define and own the strategy and roadmap for conversational search across all legal and tax research platforms and Libra
Establish a unified vision for how conversational search enhances legal research workflows, drives differentiation, and supports upsell of the AI Discovery module and Libra.
Ensure alignment with the company’s AI strategy, customer segments, and platform roadmaps.
Champion a focus on conversational search quality — emphasizing accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness as key success pillars.
2. Cross-Platform Product Ownership
Serve as the central owner of conversational search capabilities across all platforms.
Guide consistent UX, behavior, and output quality across integrations in the InView, Legal Intelligence and Libra
Collaborate with each platform’s Product Manager to adapt capabilities to specific use cases and personas and understand priorities for each segment.
Manage the lifecycle of the conversational search module AI Discovery
Oversee roadmap sequencing for new platform integrations and ensure high-quality delivery standards.
3. Customer & Market Insights
Partner with platform PMs, Customer Success, and Research to collect customer feedback, usage data, and market insights.
Conduct interviews and competitive analysis to understand how legal professionals evaluate conversational search performance.
Translate insights into clear, validated problem statements — particularly around gaps in answer accuracy, completeness, and contextual understanding.
Act as the voice of the user, ensuring that the AI squad’s priorities directly address real-world research needs and quality expectations.
4. AI Squad Leadership & Execution
Lead the virtual AI Squad, bringing together product, data science, engineering, and UX to deliver improvements in conversational search capability and quality.
Partner with the AI Squad Product Owner to manage the backlog and prioritize requirements coming from the different PM’s/segments using RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort).
Define acceptance criteria focused on output quality
Oversee iterative testing, tuning, and evaluation cycles to continually improve model and experience performance.
Coordinate cross-platform launches, ensuring each rollout meets technical, compliance, and UX standards.
Introduce process improvements on feedback loop and delivery to ensure an efficient execution
5. Metrics & Success Criteria
Establish and track KPIs to measure the quality and business impact of conversational search:
Quality Metrics: Accuracy, relevance, comprehensiveness, factual correctness rate, and hallucination reduction.
User Experience Metrics: Engagement rate, query resolution rate, satisfaction/NPS, and follow-up query reduction.
Champion a data-driven approach to continuously raise the bar for search output quality and customer confidence.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field;
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application to product development.
Strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Demonstrated success in leading product discovery, design, and development initiatives from ideation to launch.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
