Lead Principal Technology Solutions Partner

Position Summary:

Provides advanced expertise of the overall strategic vision, Lumeris business operations, clinical programs, and technology. Creates unique, integrated technical solutions based on our technology and client architecture that yield meaningful programmatic performance. Owns and guides the technology roadmap, project management, and technical enablement of our proven value-based care model with our most complex client partners. Provides highly complex solution expertise and owns client relationships that ensures ROI through successful implementation, maintenance, and adoption of Lumeris Technology. Responsible for all aspects of technology account work from Project Delivery through Strategic Development, as well as the overall success of the client technology implementation.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Creates the overall client technology roadmap and comprehensive project plan, including creating unique technical solutions and breaking them down into individual components.  Responsible for all aspects of project delivery to meet customer contractual obligations, maintain customer satisfaction, and partner cross-functionally to guide the day-to-day. Accountable for resolutions needed to deliver on track to budget, schedule, and scope. 

  • Guides and impacts overall technical account governance for our most complex clients to ensure an understanding of the customers committed revenue, and handling billing expectations. (i.e., Strategic executive oversight committees, Service Delivery governance, fiscal responsibility, etc.)

  • Identifies, develops, and owns the oversight of innovative and highly complex technical strategies for clients integrating Lumeris solutions and existing client technologies. Identifies areas of improvement and ensures optimizations are embedded within the project delivery plan to meet the evolving needs of the client.

  • Serves as the primary technology liaison and is accountable for creating significant and long-lasting positive change within the client. Advocates for the client while balancing all goals to maximize the value of the relationship to both parties.

  • Leverages client relationships/knowledge to meaningfully contribute to strategic development of Lumeris' most complex solutions through identification of market intelligence and identifying potential product development opportunities for the company.

  • Guides problem resolution efforts. Thinks outside the box regarding solutioning, sets proper client expectations, and nurtures the relationships while also saying  "no" to the client when appropriate.

  • Establishes strong, long-lasting, consultative relationships with all areas of client, especially at the executive level and looks for ways to optimize technology solutions that support the overall client relationship. Responsible for attaining and maintaining referencebility of their client(s).

  • Owns, guides, and contributes to programs and projects that have an impact across all team members and clients.

  • Identifies, develops, and implements effective solutions for improved performance opportunities.

  • Partners with junior team members to adapt solution(s) to any client's need.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Healthcare Management or equivalent

  • 15+ years of related experience (health care, technical consulting, account management, etc.) or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role

  • Significant experience in PMO, project/service delivery, or related

  • Top notch negotiation skills with significant experience and success in consultative selling and contract negotiations

  • Highly skilled at utilizing data management and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SQL, SAS, and/or open-source including Python and R, or similar

  • Excellent project/program skills with the proven ability to impact results through oversight of cross-functional project teams

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including technology and consulting/implementation services

  • Ability to break complex technical solutions down into individual components and create comprehensive project plans that can be guided through to delivery

  • Expert skills in developing executive level relationships with the demonstrated ability to engage, motivate, and gain credibility internally and externally

  • Distinguished ability to create results in a high-performing, high-growth, and matrixed environment

  • Excellent innovation skills with the ability to be creative, think out-side of the box, and maintain a demonstrated interested in learning

  • Powerful communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to influence and impact results at an executive level

  • Superb collaboration skills and ability to create and foster an open and honest culture that quickly creates trust and respect

  • Extremely skilled at structured & critical thinking with the ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic and financial frameworks to conduct reviews and create solutions

  • Proven capability to conduct and guide quantitative portfolio and growth analyses

  • Deep understanding of clinical programs

Preferred

  • Advanced degree

  • Experience impacting and/or guiding Technology Implementations or Data Integration initiatives

Pay Transparency:

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.

The hiring range for this position is:

$153,800.00-$210,650.00
