Role in a Nutshell
As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing,
implementing, and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns across various
platforms to ensure exponential growth of BrowserStack. Your primary focus will be
on maximizing ROI through strategic ad placement, conversion optimization, and
meticulous data analysis. The candidate should have extensive experience running
ads across major marketing channels and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and
developer marketing. You will need to coordinate and work with multiple teams at
BrowserStack that involve content, design, growth, product and engineering.
What will you do
● Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive
advertisement strategies across all major paid marketing channels including Google
Search, Bing Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Display Ads, and
Programmatic Ads to drive growth of leads, sign ups and other valuable conversions.
● Conversion Tracking & Optimization: Implement and manage conversion tracking
systems to monitor key metrics. Apply conversion rate optimization techniques to
enhance campaign effectiveness to ensure positive ROI on our campaigns
● Funnel Management: Develop and refine B2B funnels via rapid experimentation to
ensure smooth user journeys and maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
● Optimization & Analytics: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance
and achieve KPIs. Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to
track and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and user behavior.
● B2B SaaS Expertise: Leverage knowledge of B2B SaaS and developer marketing to
tailor strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive qualified leads. You
should have knowledge and experience in running inorganic campaigns on developer
focused platforms such as Stack Overflow, Reddit and SaaS websites such as G2,
Trustradius etc.
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and
opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance
performance.
● Creative & Copywriting: Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad copy
and visuals. Ensure that messaging aligns with brand strategy and engages the target
persona effectively.
● Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging
technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and keep our
campaigns ahead of the curve. Identify new avenues and channels for BrowserStack
to leverage to reach our target audience.

Desired Experience
● Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing Ad campaigns
across major platforms such as Google Search, SA 360, DV360, Bing Search,
Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Display Ads, and Programmatic Ads.
● Technical Skills: Strong subject matter expertise in running Google Search Ads
along with detailed understanding of all search metrics and reporting is a
must.
● Understanding of Tools: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag
Manager, Looker and conversion tracking tools. Proven ability to analyze data
and derive actionable insights.
● Domain Expertise: Experience in B2B SaaS and developer marketing is highly
desirable. Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and the unique
challenges and opportunities in this sector.
● Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the
ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Creative Skills: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive
and engaging ad content.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. Collaboration skills
to work with different functions and teams.
