Our challenge
We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of customer decision management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega's Customer Decision Hub platform, with leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer engagement and personalization.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX is $115k - $125k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions to optimize customer interactions and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to quality standards.
- Configure and customize Pega CDH components, including decision strategies, customer profiles, and interaction management.
- Integrate Pega CDH with other systems, including CRM, marketing platforms, and data sources.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of decision strategies and models.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and privacy regulations.
- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for future reference and audits.
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Pega CDH and related platforms to leverage new functionalities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub implementation and development.
- Proven leadership experience, managing technical teams in delivering Pega solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Customer Service, and Pega Marketing platforms.
- Expertise in business rules, decision strategies, and customer engagement analytics within Pega.
- Experience integrating Pega CDH with third-party systems and data sources.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred, but not required:
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Pega Decisioning or Customer Service certifications are a plus.
