About the Role
As a Lead Manufacturing Technician at Diageo in Mallusk, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our Liquid Processing operations. You will support the Shift Manager in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production, interpreting schedules, deploying resources, and leading continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC methodology. Your leadership will help maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards while driving performance through coaching, training, and problem-solving. You will also lead improvement projects, manage daily operational reviews, and ensure adherence to standards such as 5S, RCPS, and Autonomous Maintenance, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.
About You
You are an energetic and solutions-oriented professional with a strong background in manufacturing or process operations, ideally within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Your excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills enable you to motivate teams, implement best practices, and drive continuous performance improvements. With a solid understanding of standards such as 5S, RCPS, Autonomous Maintenance, and Asset Care, you are committed to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Your problem-solving mindset, combined with familiarity with DMAIC and Lean methodologies, positions you to lead change effectively. Passionate about developing others and fostering a collaborative team environment, you are ready to make a meaningful impact at Diageo and help shape the future of our iconic brands.
