Job Description:

Seeking a Lead, GTM Program Quality & Process. This newly created role requires attention to detail, the ability to spot and support program issues, and develop solutions or improvements. It works with Portfolio Leads in the Private Cloud and Install Base GTM team to tackle major challenges that impact program delivery. Understanding the specific needs of each GEO is essential, as requirements differ across regions. This role is pivotal in driving the quality of GTM Program execution within our GEOs and helping them build sustainable practices to accelerate pipeline growth.

Measurement of success in this role – program issues impacting GEO’s ability to meet set targets are resolved and proactive improvements are implemented and signed off.

  • Resolution of GTM Program related issues.
  • GEO satisfaction and adherence to program standards.
  • Contribution to achieving program KPI’s.
  • Engineering out legacy process issues.

Recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative solutions for GTM Program execution challenges and successfully implement actions. Effective in large, cross-division functional teams or projects and can engage at various levels to influence and drive outcomes. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives. Acts as the primary connection point between the Portfolio Managers and the GEO representatives providing bi-directional guidance and subject matter expertise.

This is a hybrid role, based in the US and Central or Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Quality Assurance

Identify, capture, and resolve GTM Program execution challenges.

Support and provide process advice to GTM Portfolio leaders and implement.

Collaborate with Program Managers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and GEO owners to resolve concerns with speed and completeness.

  • Issue capture, tracking and resolution.

Maintain an active tracker for program-related issues.

Proactively identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to maintain consistency.

Provide regular status feedback and guidance to GEO’s keeping everyone informed.

Escalate critical blockers to appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.

Facilitate cadence calls and feedback loops to address local challenges.

  • Reporting & Analytics

Provide operational status updates on GEO related issues and actions.

Provide regular progress reports to portfolio leaders and senior stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years in program management or operations roles, ideally in a global organization..
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong program management and governance experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with escalation management expertise.
  • Familiarity with global execution models and cross-cultural collaboration.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $135,000.00 - $310,500.00
