Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a finance business partner to PDS business and project teams
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations to stakeholders
  • Prepare management MIS, dashboards, and financial presentations
  • Support project-level financial tracking including revenue, costs, billing, and margins
  • Assist in pricing, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Engage with multiple internal stakeholders including operations, sales, HR, and central finance
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and reporting timelines

Experience Requirement

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in business finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting
  • Experience in project-based, professional services, consulting, or real estate environments is advantageous

Key Skills & Capabilities (Mandatory)

  • Strong financial analysis and business understanding
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial models, data analysis, MIS, dashboards)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create structured, senior-management-ready presentations
  • Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Academic Qualifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

  • CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent finance qualification preferred
  • Candidates with strong hands-on experience and demonstrated skills will be considered regardless of formal qualifications.
