What success looks like in this role:
As a Lead Field Engineer - Communications Services Officer (formal messaging system), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for Messaging desktop and server applications, ensuring real-time monitoring of message traffic through Messaging Systems.
Your duties will include:
Message actioning and distribution, user account management, and after-hours notification.
Provide user training in Messaging applications and manage local accounts to maintain messaging capability.
To ensure successful coverage across all regions and time zones, you will work in 3-person shifts across 24/7.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Proven experience in a Messaging desktop environment performing message delivery and distribution, and account administration.
Experience with military messaging, government messaging, Microsoft Exchange, and enterprise email systems is required.
Minimum of 3 years in supporting Messaging support environment
This role requires a mandatory NV2 AGSVA security clearance.
Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
