What You Will Do:
- Leading and managing the technology project from team of Interiors, GETC(Global Engineering & Technology Center, India) and ART(Advance Research & Technology)
- Accountable for TRL/MML gate processes for GETC technology teams and ensure completion.
- Should handle project management activities independently and resolve the related issues.
- Help engineering teams to interface with cross functional internal teams/external organizations.
- Responsible for project initiation, execution, monitoring & control and closure.
- Work with functional team to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder, communication, risk, opportunities and procurement management.
- Work with functional manager to support organization related activities like business presentations, data management of organization metrics and supporting team & stakeholder meetings, etc.
- Possess interpersonal skills to work without authority with all team members, leaders and customers.
- Work with team to prepare & manage schedule using Microsoft project. And hands on experience with other Microsoft tools.
- Should catalyze supplier related activities through effective interface with supply chain team, coordinating and tracking with suppliers in building prototypes & testing activities. Also, should lead development of supplier base.
- Seamless interface with logistics team in importing/exporting commodities and resolving related issues/queries.
- Accommodate global time zones to have effective overlap with global stakeholders.
What You Will Learn:
- Project management exposure in a large-scale enterprise with complex engineering and strategic technologies.
- Hands-on exposure to RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management) and product transfer gates
- Opportunities to contribute for the PMO standardization and mature project engineering discipline.
- Technology portfolio management and transfers to business units.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Project management/ Technology Projects management/ Leading Cross functional team
- MBA or any other Management Degree preferred.
- Project Management Certifications- PMP/Agile Certifications (Preferred)
- Operations & Supply chain Exposure
- Knowledge on lifecycle project management gates and product transfer gates
