At Dyson, we’re fuelled by curiosity and a desire to push boundaries. We encourage unconventional thinking and practical creativity. Our people are collaborative, driven, and united by a passion for engineering solutions that are truly better.
The newly formed ‘Advanced NPD’ team sits at the heart of Dyson’s product development machine, pioneering new concepts in NPD (New Product Development) as well as maturing concepts/technologies from upstream teams into more mature product offerings.
We’re looking for engineers who are curious, inventive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable experimenting, challenging assumptions, and turning fresh ideas into reality through hands-on prototyping. If you have a proven track record in solving complex technical problems, leading cross-disciplinary projects, and communicating ideas clearly, you’ll fit right in. Join Advanced NPD to shape, build, and develop Dyson’s next generation of innovations.
