Busy Bees at Woolloongabba is seeking a confident and passionate Lead Educator to guide and inspire our team while delivering high-quality early learning experiences for children.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diploma-qualified Educator ready to take ownership of a room, mentor colleagues, and drive excellence in curriculum and practice.

As a Lead Educator, you will take responsibility for the daily operations of your classroom and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Busy Bees policies.
You will:
Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of a stimulating, play-based curriculum
Mentor and guide Educators within your room
Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community
Ensure compliance with National Regulations and centre policies
Maintain accurate documentation and observations of children’s learning
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Drive continuous improvement within your classroom
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Working Towards (essential)
Current QLD Blue Card
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning setting
Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
A proactive, positive and team-oriented mindset
