About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Wires and Me2me Product Management and Development team within the Consumer Business & Lending (CBL) Payments Group. Reporting directly to the Head of Wires and Me2me Product Management, this role will lead the end-to-end ownership of the product roadmap for Wires, Inter-Bank Transfers, and Mobile Deposit. This leader will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver meaningful product enhancements across channels, drive prioritization of high‑impact work, and ensure timely resolution of development challenges.

In this role, you will:
Focus on and lead fraud & scam prevention and detection initiatives for all payment types both internally and for the financial industry.
Own, define, and execute the product roadmaps for Wires, Transfers, and Mobile Deposit across all impacted channels and partner groups.
Lead engagement with key internal stakeholders including Technology, Digital, Operations, Independent Risk Management, and Legal to ensure aligned delivery and strong risk management.
Continuously assess demand against capacity to maximize business impact, proactively reprioritizing the roadmap as needed to meet evolving needs.
Ensure all product strategies, roadmaps, and deliverables comply with applicable internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization—from individual contributors to senior leaders—to drive alignment and decision‑making.
Perform value‑based analysis to optimize revenue and customer experience outcomes while minimizing fraud, scam risk, and operational losses.
Maintain a strong sense of urgency and day‑to‑day operating rhythm, closely managing change, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery of measurable business results.
Aligning initiatives to the CBL strategic plan, contributing to large‑scale planning efforts, and identifying opportunities to optimize delivery and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting payment products including Wire Transfers, digital account funding, consumer, and inter‑bank transfers (e.g., ACH, Instant Payments), and Mobile Deposit.
Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to payment products, including Regulation E and UDAP.
Demonstrated experience owning and managing an Agile product roadmap delivered through multiple, interdependent partner organizations.
Prior experience within financial services, with a strong preference for retail banking environments.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and broker decisions among diverse and competing stakeholder perspectives.
Strong analytical capabilities with a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and deliver compelling presentations to audiences at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Advanced strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive narratives that support business decisions.
Exceptional organizational, coordination, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range:
Minneapolis: $119,000- $206,000 annual
San Francisco: $131,000-$224,000 annual
Actual salary will depend on location, experience, and qualifications.
