Overall Purpose: Drive digital program and project success by leading cross-functional execution, managing risk, ensuring quality, and enabling communication across teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of complex digital initiatives. This role is responsible for driving project success through effective planning, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and clear communication. Provide oversight for the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from planning and development through execution, monitoring, and embedding deliverables into business operations. Define clear objectives, set priorities, and engage relevant stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment. Actively track progress against goals, anticipate needs, and adapt plans to meet evolving requirements and business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive project requirements and translate them into detailed project plans. Establish and manage end-to-end workflows across multiple teams, identifying interdependencies and ensuring all milestones and deliverables are clearly defined. Facilitate regular status meetings, maintain up-to-date documentation, and use effective communication channels to keep all contributors informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Channel Coordination:
Act as the central point of coordination for teams operating across different platforms and business areas. Facilitate and document key decisions, maintain consistency of assets and messaging, and ensure all parties remain accountable to their responsibilities. Identify and address any misalignments or obstacles, escalate issues promptly, and work collaboratively to resolve blockers, enabling timely and successful project delivery.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
Proactively identify potential risks, issues, or changes in project scope by leveraging tools such as risk registers and change logs. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables. Monitor quality standards throughout execution, conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project outcomes.
Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a communication bridge, translating complex technical or business information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. Set expectations, facilitate alignment, and empower teams to make informed, timely decisions.
