As a Lead Delivery Manager , you will lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for taking projects from initiation through closure while applying structured project management and agile methodologies.

In this role, you will:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects using structured agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
• Provide clear and timely updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure teams follow agreed ways of working and delivery milestones.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks proactively; build mitigation and escalation plans.
• Evaluate and manage change requests to maintain project stability and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Guide and support cross-functional teams, promoting accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments to enable efficient team workflows and collaboration.
• Motivate teams and adjust priorities to meet delivery goals in a dynamic environment.

Process Improvement

• Continuously assess and improve project management processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to strengthen project delivery practices.

You’re a seasoned Delivery Manager who excels at structured execution, communication, and driving alignment across teams. You thrive in dynamic environments and are skilled at balancing people, process, and technology.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven experience using Agile or hybrid methodologies for structured project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and operate with urgency.

Preferred

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
• Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
