Market Data Operations
Job Summary:
Market Data Analysts are responsible for delivering top-notch operational support and fostering strong relationships with Clearwater's global clients. They excel in addressing inquiries related to security creations, corporate action event management and accounting matters, serving as a vital link between clients and internal teams. Analysts will be responsible for managing daily activities which will be related to instrument creations, corporate action event management, and securities price-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary Market-Data-related point of contact for all internal teams
- Catalog and organize Market-Data-related issues and common, recurring tasks from internal and external sources
- Creation of various instrument creations like Equities, Bonds, Warrants, futures, Options, etc.
- Monitoring price files for various ASIA, EUROPE & US exchanges and requiring coordination with Internal teams in terms of missing price files.
- Deliver timely and accurate information regarding various corporate actions like Stock dividends, Cash dividends, Stock splits, mergers & Acquisition, and Spinoff.
- Knowledge of various vendors like Refinitiv, Bloomberg, FactSet, and SIX will be an added advantage.
- Need to maintain FAQ page for Market data team on internal portal for reference for all Enfusion team.
- Always ensure to maintain SLA, which is agreed for deliverables to various clients.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and other clients irrespective of region during ASIA, EMEA & US hours.
- Good Communication skills while dealing with clients and understanding the aspects related to BAU in depth.
- Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as a Clearwater user.
- Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics, organizing your day to prioritize high importance or critical work.
- Required Skills:
- Good understanding of mandatory and voluntary corporate action and their impact on prices of securities.
- Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity instrument types.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
