Lead Business Execution Consultant - Workplace Change Management

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for Workplace Change Management within Corporate Properties. This role will lead change management strategy and execution for Corporate Properties Group (CPG) portfolio projects and employee experience initiatives, while also serving as a liaison to the Site Leader program. The consultant will operate independently to deliver change management support and partner with change and communications team members to develop processes and materials that strengthen the overall service offering.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development of change management engagement research, strategy, plans and roadmaps for U.S. based, real estate portfolio projects or related programs with low to medium risk profiles.
  • Develop collateral to support the change management roadmap, customizing as needed for unique solutions or individual business groups.
  • Participate in project, strategy and planning meetings to advise team members on best ways to utilize the CM team and how to integrate CM services into their project delivery process.
  • Deliver presentations, training, town halls, or other virtual and live events to all levels of the organization from Sr. Leadership to front-line employees.
  • Represent CPG in the best possible light, adjusting communication style to meet the needs of each audience and handling difficult questions and feedback in an empathetic, authentic, and professional manner.
  • Triage implementation challenges and work with colleagues and LOB leaders to mitigate adoption, readiness and cultural risks.
  • Act independently, leading others toward the right process, approach or solution without direction.
  • Successfully persuade others toward a desired course of action to further the change management journey.
  • Closely engage with business leaders providing information, answering questions and building trust through authenticity and professional presence.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of change management methodology experience (Adkar Prosci or other Change Strategy)
  • 2+ years of program management experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient to Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in completing change management assessments such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, risk assessments, organizational readiness.
  • Experience in creating change management engagement strategies to guide initial engagement and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Experience working within the Corporate Real Estate industry with knowledge of the end-to-end delivery process for portfolio improvement projects.
  • Experience developing a comprehensive change management roadmap, incorporating key project milestones, stakeholder analysis, channel strategies and key messages.
  • Self-starter, able to identify necessary actions to move initiatives forward without direct supervision.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$131,000.00 - $206,000.00
