Lead Business Execution Consultant

CHARLOTTE, NC Full time

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant responsible for creating and maintaining detailed test scripts. This individual will partner with the product owners, business subject matter experts, and technology to ensure we are capturing the proper test cases and scenarios. Execute test scripts and log all identified defects while providing real time feedback to product management team. Collaborate with key business subject matter experts to understand the business process and ensure we do not have any gaps in the system.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead end to end complex issues to resolution for the Loan IQ platform
  • Provide real time feedback back to product team and vendor on issues/enhancements
  • Report and log all defects identified
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owner’s, business SME’s, and technology
  • Drive control room operations post conversions to ensure a white glove service to operations users and quickly resolving key issues.
  • Participate in business validation and release activities
  • Assist in key activities such as post conversion scrubs

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Experience working with development teams in a scrum and agile environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Job Expectations:
