The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.

Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.

We're looking for:
The Lead, Beauty Brand Incubation will build and scale Nitra’s new K-Beauty private label vertical. This role will own the end-to-end development, launch and portfolio management of co-branded cosmetic products distributed through dermatology and aesthetics providers in our network.

This individual will operate as the operator of a new business vertical - responsible for supporting provider partnership development, brand strategy, product launch execution, cross-border coordination with the biggest Korean ODMs, risk management, and scaled portfolio strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic ownership and tactical execution.
