L&D Specialist (HR Specialist)

• Develop annual learning strategies, learning frameworks, and competency models
• Design and deliver training programs (onboarding, leadership, functional, compliance, etc.)
• Manage LMS/Workday Learning and maintain training data
• Conduct training effectiveness analysis and produce insights
• Manage training vendors and budgets
• Develop and enhance learning content for capability building
• Design customized learning solutions based on organizational needs
• Provide HRM operational support (HR data maintenance, HR policy/process support, etc.)
• Support HR-driven events (onboarding events, town halls, internal engagement events, annual celebrations, etc.)
• Collaborate with global/regional HR and L&D teams and ensure policy compliance
