This role sits within the Haleon Business Services (HBS) team. You’ll be joining a growing team that plays a critical role in helping Haleon become more agile and performance-focused, by simplifying our processes, leading digital enablement across the business and building capabilities for the future.

As a LATAM COE B&I ANALYST, will play a key role in managing banking access, insurance processes, and fixed assets within the Free Trade Zone regime. This position ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all related activities while partnering with cross-functional teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on internal ticketing requests.
  • Coordinate with banks to resolve access issues.
  • Support renewals and coordination of corporate insurance policies.
  • Track the lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
  • Perform regular reconciliations and prepare fixed asset reports.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and Free Trade Zone regulations.
  • Provide support during month-end close activities.
  • Prepare audit deliverables and maintain control documentation.
  • Create and update SOPs and process documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and new tool implementation initiatives.

Why you?
 

Basic Qualifications:

  • University studies in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 1–2 years in finance, banking, insurance, or fixed assets roles.
  • Experience with LATAM banking platforms (Citibank, Santander, BAC, etc.).
  • Free Trade Zone knowledge.
  • Intermediate Excel; Power BI preferred.
  • SAP/ERP experience.
  • Advanced English (B2–C1).
  • Proactivity and strong attention to detail
