Large Enterprise Accounts Manager for Switzerland

Become part of our international Large Enterprise Central EMEA team in Jabra, a GN audio brand. 

Joining your account manager colleagues, you will have ample opportunity to gain support and share best practices. We share the responsibility of developing sound account strategies and maintaining relationships with substantial enterprise clients to enhance our business efforts. 

How you'll contribute 
You'll be responsible for retaining, acquiring, and developing large enterprise accounts. This position can be based anywhere in Switzerland but will require travel (up to 50% of the time) within the region – mainly Switzerland.  

Your goal will be to accomplish market and wallet share growth for the Jabra brand, meeting pre-defined goals and targets.  

To reach your goals, you will need to work closely with your colleagues in Switzerland, alongside team members from departments like Marketing, Inside Sales, Global Accounts, and channel account managers. 

Primarily you will,  

  • Develop and complete strategic customer accounts plans 

  • Effectively and credibly influence customers at all levels within their organizations 

  • Develop and leverage strategic alliance partnerships to penetrate customer accounts, identify opportunities, generate run rate revenue, and manage sales projects 

  • Outline objectives, strategies and tactics and map key stakeholders and relationships for each account 

  • Ensure coordinated and coherent account management efforts for each customer 

What we think you'll need to thrive in the role 

You’re someone who understands how to create value and can navigate interactions with a strategic, sales-focused mindset. You are skilled at discovering opportunities, developing partnerships, and propelling deals ahead.  

You also bring: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent practical experience 

  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts, in a B2B environment 

  • Some familiarity with the Swiss ICT or telecom market 

  • Sound business acumen and the skill to cultivate, evaluate, and handle sales prospects 

  • Solid command of German and English, with effective presentation skills.
