Responsible for the execution of the MPL LAM across the region, including setting and driving the MPL growth strategy of the region and manages the quality of the sales pipeline needed to achieve to the GP growth targets of the region. Proactively engagement with sales to facilite business wins and conversion. Ensures the resources and solutions required are in place to efficiently respond to complex, multi-regional, multi-modal customer Requests for Quote (RFQ).

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute the product’s strategic initiatives for the growth regionally  to meet the annual budgeted revenues and volumes.

  • Responsible for MPL development within region, including business plans and pipeline.

  • Establishes the necessary operating systems and infrastructure to ensure the right decision-making and best practice sharing.

  • Participate in and contribute to establishing the Go-to-Market and Pricing strategy of the product in the region

  • Lead and execute the price setting process across the region in line the products pricing strategy, including pricing for large strategic RFQ opportunities.

  • Lead and execute the regional Go To Market process of the product in line with the go to product market strategy

  • Consolidate and share regional market information including market development, competition, customer and pricing trends.

  • Participate in and contribute to the annual sales target setting process in the region for the product engaging with Finance and Sales

  • Compile in cooperation with Region/Area stakeholders, the annual growth plan initiatives needed to deliver the annual budgeted growth in GP & Volumes

  • Lead the regional Bid team and oversee the response quality

  • Ensure consistent monthly delivery of budgeted GP and volume numbers for the product by active monitoring of the global sales pipeline including achieved business wins and conversion ratios across all sales channels.

  • Provides regional sales/account managers with MPL guidance and direction

  • Proactive engagement with the sales enablement team and/or with regional/area product heads to agree on corrective actions to turnaround negative GP deviation or accelerated positive GP deviation.

  • Ensure updated product sales material is maintained and made available to all relevant recipients 

  • Advise if there’s a need of conducting product training material and events as required by sales and product stakeholder

  • Lead the regional solution design team

  • Ensuring team members have the skills, knowledge and motivation to deliver the agreed outcomes. 

  • Engage in customer facing activities in alignment with sales

We are looking for:

  • At least 15 years of experience, extensive technical product knowledge including experience in product pricing and go to market strategies

  • Experience in customer facing engagements and presentation.

  • Understanding of the key profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain management

  • Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • English proficiency
