Responsible for the overall coordination, planning and management of patient and family education related to breastfeeding. Is accountable for providing lactation consultation and education services. Provides breastfeeding assistance, support and education to patients. Performs hands on lactation consultation services on an outpatient and inpatient basis. Evaluates specific lactation problems by telephone and develops a management and follow-up plan of care when indicated. Responsible for maintaining a pump rental station, supplies and equipment related to the service.Job Description:

Pay Range is $56.60 to $73.57 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
