Laboratory Technician – Scunthorpe

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Scunthorpe. This role is key to ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through accurate and timely analysis. This position is responsible for carrying out routine analysis of Cement, GGBS, Fly Ash and Calumite in line with British Standards, European Standards, and local Operating Procedures. This position is also responsible for reporting results in a correct and timely manner to all interested parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chemical & Physical Analysis: Perform routine analysis of Cement, GGBS, Fly Ash, and Calumite in line with British Standards, European Standards, and local operating procedures.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Accurately monitor and report results to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Laboratory Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment and equipment.
- Health, Safety & Sustainability: Ensure all tasks comply with company Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality objectives.
