As a Labeling Designer supporting the GSC Vision Care Lifecycle & Artwork team, you’ll support the Regulatory Documentation Team, providing high-quality services, Collaborate with key stakeholders on the development and approval of product labeling for medical and pharmaceutical products.  Confirm labeling complies with medical, legal, and regulatory requirements by ensuring the labeling process is executed properly.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Apply specialized knowledge to perform tasks related to labeling design, supporting compliance with all requirements
  • Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of labeling designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Follow procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure labeling designs are integrated across systems
  • Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control
  • Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements to contribute to the overall compliance of the organization
  • Commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements. All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations​.

Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Business or other applicable disciplines are preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience: HS Diploma with 2 years’ direct experience
  • Previous experience in the area, or related in supply chain, quality, regulatory affairs, or similar background preferred.
  • English- conversational
