The camp boasts 15 uniquely decorated tents and an Explorer’s Lodge, all reminiscent of 19th-century expeditions with handcrafted furnishings and modern amenities. About the role
Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle is looking for a Public Area Attendant / Seamstress who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees
What you will do
· Ensure the cleaning of Public Areas are well maintained, cleaned and stocks has been refilled.
· Clean areas following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards
· Adhere to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
· Keep the stocks and necessities refilled all the time.
· Report to the manager if anything is missing and need to order.
· Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
· Complete work assignments from the Housekeeping Department as assigned using equipment, supplies, etc.
· Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
· Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
· Report any items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping.
· Perform minor sewing and mending tasks for linens, uniforms, and other fabric items as needed.
What you bring
· We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
· This position requires the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
· Basic sewing and garment repair skills
