GE헬스케어에서 월별 재무 보고와 주요 지표(청구, 수금, 연체, 미청구 등)를 관리하여 Cash flow를 개선하고 리스크를 선제적으로 관리하는 FP&A담당자를 채용합니다. 최소 5년이상의 유관한 경험이 있으시고 영어커뮤니케이션이 원활하신 후보자를 선호합니다.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the standard monthly financial reporting and on-going measurement of the financial results for Korea including billing, collection, PD (Past due), unbilled and other critical metrics to improve cash conversion cycle and support the business in proactively managing risks through timely actions.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline, analytical thinking and leadership to implement new cash governance and ensure adherence of policy & process.
- Drive on-time collection with PD management and resolution.
- Drive on-time billing, partnering with HPM and Sales and engaging in the contract underwriting.
- Own the customer/channel partner credit risk & collaterals management
- Lead standardization and automation of financial dashboard/reporting for consistent and centralized reporting capability to drive greater visibility in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance (or graduate of financial leadership program with 2 years experience)
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to utilize technical expertise & judgment to solve complex business problems/issues in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
