To further anchor our global authority, we are looking for a Knowledge Manager who will elevate and externally position Grodan’s crop knowledge agenda.

The opportunity

In this strategic role, you act as Grodan’s external knowledge ambassador and thought leader. You connect global research developments, industry trends and advisory networks to our internal innovation and trial priorities.

You ensure that our global crop knowledge portfolio remains relevant, future-proof and positioned at the highest technical level.

What you will drive

• Define long-term crop knowledge themes in collaboration with the Manager Crop Knowledge & Advice
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities, research institutes and industry platforms
• Represent Grodan at international conferences, webinars and in professional media
• Translate external research and market trends into strategic input for trials and innovation
• Safeguard scope, quality and relevance of the global crop trial portfolio
• Align closely with the Crop Research & Trial Manager and Technical Communication Manager to ensure credible positioning

Who you are

• Strong horticultural background; experience as crop advisor or crop specialist preferred
• Established network within the international greenhouse industry
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating at both technical and executive level
• International mindset and willingness to travel
