Knowledge and Training Intern

Job Summary:

The Knowledge & Training Intern will work closely with the talent development team. This team collaborates cross-functionally with business units, support teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality training programs and documentation.

Job Description:

• Partner with K&T team to support partners across the enterprise to create and catalog Sts dare Operating Procedures, Knowledge Articles , Job Aides, eLearning and other training/knowledge materials
• Create microsites (mini websites) within our internal platforms.
• Partner with our Learning management admin to deliver items to appropriate audiences within our learning systems.
• Use and create eLearning content using various AI content tools.

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $18.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
