Otis Vietnam is growing and we are recruiting a Major Project Specialist (New Equipment / Major Projects) in Ho Chi Minh City. The main goal of the role is to drive major project success by developing a strong project pipeline, winning key contracts through disciplined tendering, and coordinating cross-functional execution to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the business achieves both short-term and long-term revenue targets by maintaining a healthy project pipeline and strong forecast discipline.

  • Drive account and project strategy to deliver portfolio growth across major projects and key customers.

  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and project stakeholders (developers, main contractors, consultants, architects, influencers), securing long-lasting business.

  • Work closely with operational and cross-functional teams to resolve issues during project execution and protect customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and monitor sales/project KPIs, managing sales activity & forecasts with accuracy.

  • Support and drive networking, pricing, bids and tenders—with strong command of tendering processes for major & international projects (timelines, documentation, governance, compliance).

  • Manage and optimize the use of digital tools and ensure CRM updates are accurate and timely.

  • Follow up payment collection for projects under your responsibility, aligned with project milestones.

Key Requirements:

  • You have a business or technical degree in a related field.

  • You have 3–5 years of relevant experience in major projects / project-based sales or execution, preferably within construction/MEP/elevator or related industries.

  • You have strong business acumen—able to connect commercial outcomes with project decisions, manage risk, prioritize effectively, and make sound judgments under pressure.

  • You are fluent in English for stakeholder communication and working with international project requirements.

  • You are proactive and pioneering—demonstrating clear ownership, anticipating issues early, and driving actions without waiting for detailed instructions.

  • You are results-focused, able to work at pace in a demanding
