The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for achieving sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. This position is intended for individuals who have basic sales experience and have demonstrated ability to apply basic selling skills, and the position needs to manage sales territory with regular supervision. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within dental clinics, medical institutions, hospitals and distributors.
- Expand market share by building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and procurement teams.

Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical training, and after-sales support to healthcare professionals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product & Market Expertise
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide technical product knowledge and ensure clients understand the benefits of our solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.


Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
- Manage pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Three (3) years of sales in the oral care business segment/industry in a private, public, government or military environment, or 5+ years sales experience in related medical devices industry
  • Good Business acumen and Data Analytics skills
  • Knowledge/experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

Other qualifications which could help you stand out

  • Three (3) years of proven sales or channel management experience in a private, public, government or military environment and contract sales
  • Excellent in business math, pricing, margins and gross profit analysis
  • Proven Successful Sales Experience and Performance in the Dental field
  • The ability to multi-task and process technical information
  • Strong Presentation Skills in front of doctors, staff, and peers.
  • Strong Data Analytics and ability to decipher and apply logic associated with data and sales analytics
  • Excel, Powerpoint, Office format software working knowledge
  • Personable and ability to make a positive impact on customers and fellow co-workers

Work location: Seoul, South Korea

  • Hybrid Eligible

Travel: May include up to 35% domestic

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
